Changing filters and regular maintenance:

At Smartly , we are committed to providing periodic maintenance and filter change service from the date of purchase in the cities where our branches are available, at an approximate rate of every 6 months maximum. The period varies depending on the water source and consumption. Periodic maintenance and filter change are at a cost depending on the device according to the device’s maintenance record with Smartly, which includes:
- Water quality measurement and internal filters.
- Ensure that the product is free of any leaks or malfunctions.
- Ensure the efficiency of internal parts.
- Change filters according to specified times.
- For all customers, you will be reminded to change the filters by sending a WhatsApp or SMS message or by calling your mobile phone to inform you of the need to change the filters. If the customer does not respond to the reminder about regular maintenance and delays the maintenance appointment for more than 3 months, the free warranty on the device will be forfeited.
- The warranty for the devices does not include the cost of periodic maintenance, the cost of filters, or the accessories included with the device, as explained on the warranty page .
- We pledge to provide periodic maintenance in the cities where our branches are available. If the product is transported and installed in another city where one of Smartly’s authorized maintenance representatives is not available, or if one of our branches is closed or moved, filters will be sent and support and remote assistance in installing them.
- Our products are attached to a barcode. When you encounter any problem or malfunction, scan the code through your mobile camera or barcode reader to direct you and connect you to the Smartly customer service team.
